ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT & ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
We would like to add a young, talented and ambitious Account Executive to our team in Kiribathgoda.
Job Profile
- Preparing financial information such as invoices, bills, and accounts payables and receivables
- Assist to complete financial report on regular basis and providing information to the finance team
- Preparing cash flows weekly & monthly and monthly budget and yearly budgets
- Completing bank reconciliation
- Assist the closure of accounts, financial accounting and consolidation and reporting requirement
- Managing day-to-day transactions including receipts & payments
- Handling & maintenance of Petty Cash Payment
- Handling & Posting Accounting Entries
- Posting Month end Entries
- Check the accuracy and compute customer/suppliers account balances
The Ideal Candidate should;
- Age between 23-35
- Experience on HR operation will be an added advantage
- Fully or Part Qualification any accounting related courses
- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS-Excel, MS-Office)
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands on experience in Accounting Software will be an added advantage
- An attractive monthly package in the range of Rs.35,000/- to 70,000/- awaits for the selected candidate -
