We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing professional as Head of the Unit to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. This role plays a major part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Unit Head Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all digital channels.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategy and performance, ensuring top search engine rankings.
  • Drive content marketing efforts including blog posts, email newsletters, video content, and social media.
  • Analyze web traffic metrics, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure ROI on all digital campaigns.
  • Lead marketing automation initiatives and manage CRM tools for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to create effective campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.

Qualifications & Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush).
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Experience with B2B or eCommerce marketing.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
