Collection Supervisor

The Job

  • Analyze & Make recommendations to improve productivity while maintaining established goals.
  • Analyze & prepare reports for management achievements on team target.
  • Manage performance of agents of multiple levels.
  • Cooperate with the QC Department in service quality improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Collections Team Lead or similar role.
  • Minimum 1 year experience.
  • Age between 18-35.
  • Familiarity with laws related to debt collection.
  • MS Office.
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala.
  • Comfortable working with targets.
  • Effective team management.
