CENTRAL INDUSTRIES PLC is a reputed public quoted Company, a leading manufacturer and an island wide distributor of superior quality uPVC and PE products, and electrical switches and accessories.

We are looking for proactive and dynamic individuals to join our quality assurance team at our Wattala facility tasked with ensuring the highest standards in product quality, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency, in the following positions.

QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVES

Job Profile

The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control processes to ensure the company's products and services meet the set standards.

Reporting to the Manager QA, this role involves developing and maintaining quality assurance policies, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. The Quality Assurance Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the company's reputation for excellence.

The Person

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality management, chemistry, polymer science, and technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies such as ISO 9001.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, should be able to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using quality assurance tools as well as data analysis and reporting.
• Hands-on experience in an ERP environment and a strong command of Microsoft Excel are fundamental skills.

QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANTS - MALE

Job Profile

Partnering with all aspects in assuring Company products and procedures comply with set quality standards and regulations and maintain an active communication line with team members for a safe and efficient workflow.

The Person

• Should possess G.C.E A/L qualifications, preferably in the Science Stream.
• Previous experience in a similar category will be advantageous, but not essential.
• School leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Communication skills in both English & Sinhala are prerequisites.
• Preferably be below 25 years of age.
• Should be willing to work on shift basis including night shifts.
