OPPORTUNITIES

MANAGER - FINISHING

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying the gaps that are related to factory & product efficiency
• Improve the skill level of supervisors, through training & recruitment of external skilled supervisors
• Coordinating and offering finals & pre-finals, to the buyer representative, on time
• Identify the current gaps & issues, in terms of cut-to-ship process

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree and/ or Professional qualification, related to manufacturing
• Applied knowledge in Industrial Manufacturing Practices, will be an added advantage
• Should be a strong Team player
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar capacity
