As a Tele sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients through inbound calls and chats, understanding their technology needs, and effectively communicating how our services can address those needs. Your performance will directly impact our company's success and expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, chats and web inquiries while ensuring all customers are given outstanding experience. convert the incoming queries to sales.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• On-the-job training and industry knowledge will be provided.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in tele sales or a related field, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
• A passion for technology and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
