MANAGER OPERATIONS (NIGHT SHIFT)

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Manager – Operations to lead client service delivery during night operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and operational excellence, especially in the context of U.S.-based clients and Revenue Cycle Management.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure client accounts are managed efficiently, and performance targets are met.
  • Maintain effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster strong, professional relationships with both clients and team members.
  • Oversee seamless client transitions from onboarding to steady-state operations.
  • Monitor, maintain, and exceed benchmark KPIs for consistent service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Open to work according to standard U.S. time zones (7 PM – 4 AM) and calendar.
  • 8–10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a management role; preferably in Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Strong analytical thinking and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams with a collaborative, people-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high ethical and professional standards.
