About the Role
Student Recruitment Executive is responsible for attracting and enrolling prospective students by promoting our programs and guiding them through the admissions process. You’ll engage with students and parents, manage inquiries, participate in recruitment events, and work closely with internal teams to ensure enrollment targets are met.
The Job
- Actively engage in the recruitment of prospective students by explaining the university's programmes, courses and admission processes.
- Guide students and their parents in selecting the right courses or programmes, based on their interests, academic background and career goals.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications and conversions through CRM, other communication channels.
- Meet or exceed enrollment targets set by the institution, ensuring a steady flow of new students for each intake.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective students, alumni and key stakeholders like schools and educational agents.
- Identify and reach out to potential students through various channels.
- Assist to organize and participate in promotional events such as open days, webinars, workshops and information sessions to attract prospective students.
- Work closely with marketing, admissions and academic departments to align on communication strategies and ensure smooth admission processes.
The Person
- A Bachelor's degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or a related industry (eg, recruitment, customer service).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of basic marketing principles, digital marketing techniques and educational market trends.
- Sales and negotiation skills, customer service orientation.
