Inventory Manager

As the Inventory Manager at tuktukrental.com, your role involves overseeing spare parts inventory, coordinating with the workshop, and managing procurement processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and skilled in inventory tracking, vendor management, safety compliance, and financial oversight to ensure efficient operations and cost-effective stock control.

About you:

  • Proven Experience: Strong background in inventory management, specifically in spare parts and procurement within technical or workshop environments.
  • Procurement & Finance Skills: Solid understanding of vendor management, procurement processes, and budgeting for inventory expenses.
  • Organizational Strength: Excellent documentation, attention to detail, and accuracy in managing complex inventory systems.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments and maintain effective communication.
  • Technical Tools & Language: Proficiency in Airtable, Excel, or similar tools; fluency in English and Sinhala or Tamil.
  • Bonus: Experience in automotive or mechanical inventory coordination.
