Role Summary
The Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) supports the Brand Manager in executing brand strategies across multiple product lines. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely product development, sample coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to meet brand objectives. The ABM will work closely with design, production, marketing, and retail teams to maintain brand consistency and operational efficiency.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in brand management, merchandising, or product development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Proficiency in PLM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with ERP tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raw Material Development: Source and track raw materials, manage approvals, and ensure timely delivery of development details.
- Sample Management: Coordinate market, photo, and customer and samples. Track sample status and ensure timely distribution to stakeholders.
- Tech Pack Development (PLM): Create and release accurate tech packs to support production hand-off for internal and external teams.
- Retailer & Factory Communication: Support in preparing and dispatching packages to retailers and factories, ensuring all brand assets are aligned.
- Photoshoot & Web Coordination: Assist in managing photoshoots and digital content for e-commerce platforms.
- Project & Timeline Management: Maintain tracking charts, manage timelines, and ensure on-time submission for all brand-related projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with 3D, retouching, and pattern-making teams to ensure seamless execution of brand deliverables.
- Innovation & Process Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and brand impact.
