SPECIALTY CHEF - SUSHI & TEPPANYAKI
WE CONSIDER CANDIDATES BASED ON BELOW CRITERIA
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or Teppanyaki Chef in a reputable hotel/resort.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional experience in Japanese cuisine.
- Extensive knowledge of sushi and teppanyaki preparation techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity in developing new dishes and presentations.
- Able to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Must provide a portfolio of your works when applying for the position.
