WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
CLINICAL INFORMATICS OFFICER
JOB PROFILE
- Implement digital workflows to replace manual processes across hospital and laboratory operations and promote paperless efficiency.
- Train users and monitor compliance to ensure proper adoption of digital tools, while reporting improvement areas to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage system enhancements and ensure smooth process changes.
- Support data driven decision making by ensuring data accuracy, monitoring system usage and enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Science or a related field.
- Minimum 06 months experience with the experience working in Electronic Health Records (EHR) or similar clinical information systems will be an added advantage.
- IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and a proactive mindset toward process improvement and data accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
