VACANCY

EXECUTIVE – ADMINISTRATION

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The Executive will work under the supervision of the Executive Director to support work of the Foundation.
  • Prepare projects budgets, final accounts and liaising with the organization’s finance department.
  • Handle logistics for assigned projects, including communication with relevant stakeholders, budget control, maintain quality and standard of output, organization and coordination of meetings, seminars, conferences etc.
  • Liaising with Hotels/Conference venue for event management.
  • Updating and maintaining the organization’s MoUs and other administrative documents.
  • Updating the organization’s social media platforms.
  • Liaising with the Foundation’s maintenance department with regard to day-to-day maintenance.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Degree in Business Administration/Management / Fully/part qualified in a professional accountancy body (CIMA/AAT etc.)
  • 02 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Soft Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken), with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • A high degree of initiative and deadline-driven productivity.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office package is essential.
