Sales & Marketing Manager – (Electrical & Electronic)

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying client needs, offering tailored cable solutions, and building long-term relationships with customers across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify new business opportunities in the market and follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Provide technical support and cable product recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments including production, R&D, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or technical support, preferably within the cable, electrical components or industrial solutions industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering / Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic cable specifications, standards, and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
