DilMotion Control (Pvt) Ltd is a leading expert in ELAU PacDrive systems, specializing in providing breakdown support, repairs, programming, and training services to large, reputable companies within the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
As the new Sri Lankan branch of our UK-based parent company, founded in 2010, we are motivated to build a strong reputation for excellence to match that of our parent company and are now expanding our team.
Key Purpose of the Job
The ideal candidate will drive and support the company’s digital marketing efforts with a focus on email marketing, content distribution, and online brand presence. This role is ideal for someone who knows their way around LinkedIn marketing, from managing company pages to optimising engagement, managing light SEO, and blog initiatives. You will work closely with the leadership teams from the UK and Sri Lanka offices to ensure efficient execution of marketing strategies in a timely and high-quality manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow our LinkedIn presence - posts, engagement, analytics, and follower growth.
- Execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like HubSpot.
- Coordinate with team members to create or repurpose content for campaigns (no heavy content creation required).
- Manage contact databases and segment audiences for better targeting.
- Track and report campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Support SEO initiatives as needed (not mandatory, but a plus).
- Assist in maintaining the company blog by coordinating content publishing.
- Help the leadership team with marketing-related tasks when required.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Experience with business to customer social media and content generation especially LinkedIn marketing.
- Comfortable using or learning HubSpot or any other marketing tools for CRM and email marketing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive and independent attitude with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Experience in writing or coordinating blog content is desirable but not mandatory.
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing in a startup or fast-paced work environment.
