CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (NIGHT SHIFT)

We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. If you have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for customer service, we invite you to apply.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the first point of contact for all our clients, providing excellent service and follow up until resolution.
  • Coordinating between internal departments & clients in resolving customer escalations.
  • Meeting recurring goals regarding volume & quality.
  • Maintaining all required reports & trackers to set the standards of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 6 months to 5 years of working experience in customer care field (Candidates with experience in the RCM / BPO industries are also encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent command of English in written and spoken forms.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • High energy, self-driven, problem solving, and positive attitude with a strong desire to improve processes by continued research / education.
  • Ability to work according to the US times and calendar. Working Hours are 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM.
