Accounts Executive

Handle financial transactions, invoicing, and payments; reconcile accounts; support reporting, budgeting, and audits; ensure regulatory compliance; and manage accounting software systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Finance, or related field with 1–3 years’ experience (fresh graduates considered)
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Certifications (optional but preferred):

• CA Inter, CMA Inter, or any relevant accounting certification.

Manager – Duty-Free

Manage duty-free store operations, lead team performance, ensure customer service excellence, oversee inventory and supplier coordination, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and drive sales and growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field with 5–7+ years in retail, including 3+ in management;
• Strong leadership skills, retail industry experience (luxury/travel preferred);
• Proficiency in inventory and reporting systems, and fluency in English.

Assistant Manager – Duty-Free

Assist the Store Manager with operations, team supervision, sales monitoring, customer issue resolution, inventory management, staff training, regulatory compliance, and daily reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business or related field with 3–5 years’ retail experience, including 1–2 in supervision;
• Strong leadership skills; preferred background in luxury or specialty retail; proficient in POS systems and MS Office.

Sales Executive – Duty-Free

Assist international travelers in duty-free sales, meet targets through product knowledge and upselling, maintain displays, handle POS transactions, provide multilingual service, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) with 1–2 years’ retail or customer service experience;
• Strong communication skills, basic English proficiency, flexible availability, and a well-groomed appearance.

Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
