ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
HEAD OFFICE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing Payment Vouchers
- Bank Account Reconciliation, Vendor/Debtor Reconciliation.
- Posting Monthly Journal Entries and update schedules for monthly accounts.
- Conducting stock/Fixed Asset verification and updates accounts.
- Entering receipt and supplier Bills
- Handling petty cash
- Prepare other reports given by the management when necessary.
- Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting and emailing.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Partly qualified in ICASL/ACCA/CIMA or other equivalent professional body.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with relevant computer software (Quick book/MyOB).
- Minimum 1 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- A loyal and an energetic person
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Age below 28
Package
