RESERVATIONS CUM E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

The Reservations & E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing the reservations process across all Mosvold properties while also playing a key role in online distribution and digital visibility. This dual-role position supports revenue growth by optimizing room occupancy, managing OTA platforms, and ensuring a seamless online booking experience for guests.

Reservations Management

  • Handle all reservation inquiries (email, phone, website, OTAs) promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain updated availability across all booking channels and PMS (Property Management System).
  • Coordinate special requests, group bookings, and VIP arrangements.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and reservation tracking to avoid overbookings and discrepancies.
  • Communicate with front office teams to ensure smooth arrivals and guest satisfaction.

E-commerce & Online Distribution

  • Manage content, pricing, and availability across OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda).
  • Update and optimize property listings (photos, descriptions, amenities) in line with brand standards.
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent online branding and promotions.
  • Assist in developing and managing direct booking strategies, including website offers and promotions.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, E-commerce, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in reservations, front office, or e-commerce roles in the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS and OTA extranets (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia Partner Central).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail, Analytical thinking, accuracy, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of digital tools, Excel, and reporting.
  • Customer service orientation & Commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
