Job Profile:

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Answering telephone calls, screening and forwarding it to relevant department.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointment and meetings.
  • Handling internal and external mails and curriers.
  • Effective coordination with branch network.
  • Handling internal and external customer inquiries effectively.

Requirements to apply:

  • Sound educational background with credit pass for English for G.C.E (O/L) & (A/L).
  • Age between 20-35 years female candidates.
  • 1-2 years experience in front office or similar role will be considered as an added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office package.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to converse in Sinhala and English is must and Tamil will be considered as an added advantage.
  • Candidates residing in close proximity to Colombo & suburbs preferred.
