Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and management of the school.
• Foster a positive, disciplined, and English-speaking school culture.
• Oversee academic and extracurricular excellence.
• Guide and support teachers to deliver high standards of teaching and learning.
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider school community.

Candidate Profile

• A graduate with professional qualifications in education (minimum B.Ed / PGDE or equivalent). Preferred with a Masters in Education or above.
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in a reputed school.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• A strong passion for holistic education and student development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the school network.

Preschool Headmistress

• Age between 30-50 years.
• A Diploma/ Degree related to Early Childhood Education.
• At least 2 years experience in preschool management.
• Preferred experience in marketing / HR / Administration.
• Excellent command of English language (spoken and written).
• Be responsible, organized and innovative.
• Ability to supervise and develop academic implementation and teachers.
• Excellent situational leadership, problem-solving and decision making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with students, parents and the wider community.
