ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

ACCOUNTING DUTIES:

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and assist with audit preparation.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings. EPF, ETF.
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Support the sales team by preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow up with clients on pending payments and documentation.
• Assist in sales target tracking.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• CA / AAT / CIMA / ACCA or related degree or diploma.
• Accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in accounting or sales coordination roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
