The Role
- Own business verticals and regional markets with full responsibility.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop and execute business plans for assigned regions or industries.
- Pitch products and solutions to local and international clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage all sales documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product, marketing, and operations.
- Lead independent projects or initiatives with full accountability.
- Represent the company at industry events and professional meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings as part of client management.
- Conduct and present sales research to support learning and strategic decisions.
The Person
- High energy, discipline, and initiative with a strong work ethic.
- Professional conduct and positive attitude in all settings.
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student with relevant academic background.
- Hands-on experience with projects or theses—demonstrated through examples.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellence in extracurricular activities is a plus.
- Valid driver’s/rider’s license (optional but beneficial).
