Sales Marketing Coordinator
To efficiently coordinate the production process by preparing job and sample cards, obtaining CRV approval, sending job cards to production, liaising with sales personnel, providing delivery dates, and ensuring accurate invoicing and balance sheet updates. This role involves constant communication between departments to ensure timely production, delivery, and financial record maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat and phone.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
- Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Sales Personnel.
- Provide Delivery Dates.
- Provide Information to Invoice Finished Goods.
- Update PO, Production, and Delivery Information.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Additional qualifications in logistics, production management, or supply chain management may be beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Most Important in English)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production or coordination role within a garment manufacturing environment.
- Experience with job card preparation, CRV approval processes, and coordination with sales and production teams.
- Knowledge of inventory management and balance sheet updates.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, deliver accurate information, and coordinate between departments effectively.
