Job Description and Requirements:
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
- Handle petty cash and expense claims in line with company policies.
- Assist with preparation of VAT, tax, and other statutory submissions.
- Liaise with external auditors, suppliers, and internal departments as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers may be considered based on skills).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Age below 35 years.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
