PROJECT COORDINATOR
NETSYS Solutions is a Local and National IT Infrastructure Specialist providing certified Local Area Network design & installations and turnkey Data Centre Solutions within the Asian and Oceania regions. We represent majority of the leading manufacturers within the specified field and it is with these partnerships that we are able to deliver and install the "best of breed" products to the market.
As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for an energetic, resourceful and service oriented person with excellent communications skills for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in a quality and efficient manner.
- Assign job tasks to workers and conduct the daily briefing.
- Monitor materials and equipment (delivery, storage, and proper usage).
- Close monitoring of jobs and provide necessary updates to the internal division.
- Responds to customers' feedback and inquiries, provide client support, and maintain the relationship.
- Providing reports and activity updates to management.
- Identifying and resolving workplace problems.
- Co-ordinate between contractors and Clients.
- Assist in progress claims and payments to sub-contractors.
- Handles administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly.
Education & Experience
- G.C.E A/L
- Fluency in Spoken and written, English and Sinhala
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft tools
- Self-Motivation with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary will be negotiable and will commensurate with the experience of candidate and market norms.
