Title:

Sales & Marketing Executive

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE A' level with three passes including Business and English.
  • Preferences will be given to candidates with Diploma in relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Should be pleasant and positive personality; self-motivated, flexible and willing to undertake responsibilities with go getting attitude.
  • Ability to work independently in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Previous work experience in selling engineering related products would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
  • Negotiate and close sales with new and existing clients, ensuring profitable relationships and ongoing business opportunities.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing market information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Making strategies to improve the sales performance.
  • Demonstrating and presenting products to customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and areas for business expansion.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Listen, understand, and provide a feasible solution to the customer needs and requirements.
  • Regular customer interactions and on time proposal follow-ups of the assigned customers.
  • Visiting to the ongoing projects to ensure a successful completion of project and understand the progress of the project.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set pricing strategies, promotional offers, and sales forecasts.

Basic Salary:

Negotiable (Based on experience and qualification)
