Job Description
PROTOCOL OFFICER
Requirements:
A Diploma in Public Relations or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in protocol management, event coordination, student engagement or a similar role.
Good in public relations and negotiation skills will be an added advantage.
Retired officers (Male/Female) from forces are encouraged to apply.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
A high standard of personal grooming and presentation.
Familiarity with cultural, disciplinary and institutional protocols.
Ability to stay for long hours.
Candidates residing with close proximity (within 5 km radiance) to the school are preferred.
Skills:
Strong ability to build relationships and liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, parents and external partners.
Expertise in planning and coordinating events, schedules and official visits with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to handle unexpected situations with tact and efficiency.
