PROTOCOL OFFICER

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Public Relations or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in protocol management, event coordination, student engagement or a similar role.
  • Good in public relations and negotiation skills will be an added advantage.
  • Retired officers (Male/Female) from forces are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • A high standard of personal grooming and presentation.
  • Familiarity with cultural, disciplinary and institutional protocols.
  • Ability to stay for long hours.
  • Candidates residing with close proximity (within 5 km radiance) to the school are preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong ability to build relationships and liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, parents and external partners.
  • Expertise in planning and coordinating events, schedules and official visits with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle unexpected situations with tact and efficiency.
