MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER DEPOSITS MOBILIZATION

Location - Fintrex Signature

As a Manager / Assistant Manager - Deposit Mobilizations, you will be responsible for developing and managing a robust deposit portfolio, ensuring service excellence, executing branch-level mobilization programs, and collaborating on innovative product development. You will report directly to the Senior Manager – Deposit Mobilization and be part of a dynamic team of professionals in the Non-Banking Financial Services sector. The Job Role

• Develop and manage a thriving liability (Deposits) portfolio, meeting established targets.
• Uphold service quality standards in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Execute deposit mobilization and promotional programs at the branch level.
• Innovate and collaborate with the Marketing Department to create attractive value-added deposit products.

Experience / Qualifications / Skills

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in deposit mobilization within the banking/non-banking finance industry, with at least 3 years at the Assistant Manager Grade or above.
• Thorough knowledge of KYC/AML requirements and CBSL guidelines in deposit mobilization.
• Knowledge and experience in digital savings products will be considered an added advantage.
• Full/part professional qualification in Marketing/Banking and Finance.
