Assistant Manager / Trainee Tour Executive (OTA) Assistant Manager

Roomista Private Limited, a leading online travel agent, is searching for a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as Assistant Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial role in securing hotel reservations at competitive rates while building strong relationships with hoteliers and promoting our company.

Role & Key Responsibilities:

• Room Reservations and Rate Negotiations with Hotels.
• Experience in the tourism trade.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Previous experience in handling high-end clients.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hotel and tourism trade.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Enter data into our software and maintain client files.

To be successful, you'll need:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Sinhala.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals for our clients.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant travel industry software.
