Job Role:

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our IT outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Develop proposals and present service offerings to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Track market trends and competitor activity

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in IT or outsourcing)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven and self-motivated
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
