MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee for a one-year training program, designed to provide hands-on experience across key business functions with strong potential for future leadership roles in:

  • Sales & Marketing
  • Logistics
  • Purchasing
  • Quality Assurance

Program Overview:

As a Management Trainee, you will gain exposure to the core functions and operations of our company. Working closely with our management team, you will develop practical knowledge of business strategies and processes while contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.

At the end of the program, high-performing candidates with strong analytical and communication skills will be considered for permanent positions that align with their qualifications and potential—paving the way toward future leadership opportunities within the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support managers with daily operational tasks (e.g., implementing new policies).
  • Gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day functions of key departments (Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and Quality Assurance).
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Assist in performance evaluations by compiling reports and analyzing operational data.
  • Monitor business revenue and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct market and process research to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability.
  • Present insights and recommendations to the management team.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • A degree in Marketing, Logistics, Quality Management, Business Administration, or Business Analytics.
  • Below 27 years of age.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, is essential.
  • Proficiency in Arabic, French, Russian, or Mandarin will be a significant advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent mathematical, analytical, and computational skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable team player with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
