What You’ll Do
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and emerging trends.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Expertise in candidate sourcing and attraction strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring metrics.
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
What We’re Looking For
- Male candidates with age 30 - 35 years.
- A degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 04 years and above experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge in MS office packages and HRIS.
- Excellent in English is a must with Sinhala is essential.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
