We are currently seeking a reliable organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily office operations and provide administrative support across departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Handle incoming calls / Outgoing calls and direct them appropriately to the relevant department.
- Manage files, documents, and records efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external visitors.
- Handle office errands and mail distribution.
- Assist in day to day operations and data entry.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum qualification O/L (Ordinary)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Punctual, responsible, and well-organized
