We are currently seeking a reliable organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily office operations and provide administrative support across departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Handle incoming calls / Outgoing calls and direct them appropriately to the relevant department.
  • Manage files, documents, and records efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external visitors.
  • Handle office errands and mail distribution.
  • Assist in day to day operations and data entry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum qualification O/L (Ordinary)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Punctual, responsible, and well-organized
