We are looking for reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Purchasing Assistant and Stores Assistant. The ideal candidates should be responsible and capable of managing day-to-day procurement and store operations efficiently.
PURCHASING ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily purchasing activities for all departments.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory.
- Support cost control by obtaining competitive quotations.
Requirements:
- Age below 40.
- Previous experience in hotel purchasing or a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic inventory systems.
STORES ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and store all incoming goods accurately.
- Issue items to departments as per requisitions.
- Maintain proper stock records and update inventory regularly.
- Assist with monthly stock counts and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers and relevant departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum O/L qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems or MS Excel.
