Receptionist cum Administration Officer
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date visitor logs in compliance with ISO standards.
- Efficiently coordinate boardroom reservations.
- Facilitation of the transport management.
- Maintain detailed records of transportation for administrative support.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the quality of staff meals are maintained by continuously engaging with the caterer.
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Completion of GCE O/L and GCE A/L Examinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
