Receptionist cum Administration Officer

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date visitor logs in compliance with ISO standards.
  • Efficiently coordinate boardroom reservations.
  • Facilitation of the transport management.
  • Maintain detailed records of transportation for administrative support.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure the quality of staff meals are maintained by continuously engaging with the caterer.
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Qualifications

  • Completion of GCE O/L and GCE A/L Examinations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
