Overview of the role

The Administration Officer plays a pivotal role in overseeing administrative functions, with a particular focus on timely and effective branch coordination. This position provides support across multiple departments, contributing to overall organizational efficiency. It also ensures that high standards of communication, record-keeping, and customer service are consistently upheld.

What you will do

• Coordinating with branches on administrative matters, particularly regarding maintenance activities between island-wide branches and the Corporate Maintenance Department.
• Managing courier-related duties, including the proper maintenance and updating of courier registers.
• Timely dispatch of supplier and introducer payments to designated locations.

What equips you for the role

• Passed GCE A/L examination.
• One year experience in administration or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
