Executive - Quality Assurance

Job Role

• Monitor and evaluate in-line and final inspection processes to ensure product quality meets customer standards.
• Implement quality control systems and procedures across the production line.
• Identify root causes of defects and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
• Train production staff on quality standards and improvement techniques.
• Maintain quality-related documentation and ensure compliance with buyer requirements and internal SOPs.
• Collaborate with the production and merchandising teams to address quality concerns proactively.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Textile & Clothing Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity in the apparel industry.
• Sound knowledge of AQL, quality assurance processes, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
