SHOP MANAGER
We’re looking for a capable and enthusiastic Shop Manager to lead our team at a vibrant children’s store. Our flagship store is located at Horton Place, with outlets at One Galle Face Mall, Flower Road and Narahenpita.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring a friendly and efficient customer experience
- Manage, train, and motivate a small team of staff
- Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
- Maintain high standards for visual merchandising & displays
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent English
- Retail or store management experience
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
