Our client is a leading diversified group of companies in Sri Lanka.
Work Locations:
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Executive Secretary role;
- A professional qualification in Secretarial proficiency / company administration/ would be a plus;
- Experienced in Compiling Reports, Presentations, attending meetings, transcribe, set up meetings / conferences, distributing meeting minutes & agenda;
- A high level professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, ethical conduct with a strong diplomacy;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Preferably a Female candidate, age below 35 years.
