Job Vacancy: Senior Technical Quality Executive
Nihal Apparel (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Senior Technical Quality Executive to join our team. This role is important for managing sample development, garment quality, and supporting technical work before production begins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operation breakdowns and plan machine requirements for sample making.
- Set quality standards to meet customer expectations in bulk production.
- Lead pre-production meetings and guide the production team.
- After design approval, communicate customer comments (from merchandisers) to the pattern and design teams.
- Organize fit sessions with designers and pattern makers.
- Provide technical support to the Merchandising and Production teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the garment industry.
- Strong understanding of fit, garment construction, and technical documentation.
- Good communication skills with internal teams and buyers.
