We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join the George Steuart Family as:
WAREHOUSE DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
Current location of work: Katubedda
YOUR ROLE:
- Accurately input stock receipts, dispatches, and transfers into the system.
- Update inventory records in real-time using ERP.
- Maintain digital and physical documents related to goods movement.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and correct data recording.
- Generate daily/weekly inventory and stock movement reports.
- Verify physical stock counts against system records.
- Assist in identifying data inconsistencies or errors and follow up for corrections.
- Support audits by providing accurate inventory data.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all data-related activities.
- Ensure data entry is completed within given deadlines.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Passed G.C.E. (A/L) Examination or equivalent with minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Diploma or Certificate in IT, Business, or a related field would be an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems (ERP is a plus).
- Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
