INBOUND TOURS EXECUTIVE
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel industry
- In-depth knowledge of tour sights and cultural considerations in Sri Lanka
- Knowledge of handling inquiries and travel itineraries including hotel contracting, negotiation of hotel rates, costing, quoting and completing the bookings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in other languages is an extra qualification
- Experience in handling India, Far East, Middle Ease, UK and Europe market would be an added advantage
- Professional qualification in travel and tourism would be an added advantage
ASSISTANT MANAGER INBOUND TOURS
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in inbound travel and tourism industry
- Leadership skills with a pleasant personality and strong initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in other languages is an extra qualification
- Professional qualification in travel and tourism would be an added advantage
- Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills and professional friendly attitude
