We are looking for a Senior Executive – Merchandising to oversee the end-to-end product manufacturing process, from order inquiry to final dispatch. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of coordinating with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality production.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to technical drawings or standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Inspect and perform quality checks on finished sub-assemblies and machines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and production supervisors to resolve assembly-related issues.
- Record production quality control (QC) data and report defects or issues to the Engineering team.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in assembly line or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in assembly.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
