Overview Of the Role

The role of Parts Sales Advisor will effectively handle parts sales by providing high-quality service to customers, maintaining inventory levels, and achieving sales targets. This role will also deliver customer excellence, with the aim of being choice of service representing all brands (multibrand) makes all models including Suzuki, Nissan and Renault – AMW franchise brands.

What Will You Do?

• Provide expert advice on parts selection to customers.
• Process parts orders efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Meet personal and team sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Invoice and collect payments from customers for parts sold through the counter and monitor receivables of the workshop.

What Equip You for the Role

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Automobile or Sales.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in similar capacity.

Required Skills to be Successful

• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Stakeholder management.
• Excellent organizing and presentation skills.
• Computer Literacy.
