Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our software solutions
- Explain features and benefits in a clear and engaging manner
- Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls or online meetings
- Maintain call records and update the CRM
- Support the sales team with appointment setting and follow-ups
Ideal Candidates:
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
- Confidence in speaking with business professionals
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of IT/software solutions preferred
