Wellassa Agri Holdings Private Limited is an ISO and GMP certified company engaged in the cultivation and processing of superior quality agricultural crops, including spices, traditional rice varieties, flour products, confectionery items, local grains, and tea.

We are currently seeking energetic, self-motivated individuals to join our dynamic team for the following position:

Finance and Administration Assistant

Location: Bandaragama

Work Experience: 2 Years

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Required

  • A recognized academic or professional qualification in finance (e.g., AAT or CA) is a mandatory requirement.
  • Provided administrative and procurement support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assisted in human resources activities such as maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and handling attendance and leave management.
  • Communicated effectively with suppliers and internal departments to streamline procurement processes and maintain supply chain efficiency.
  • Prepared accurate reports, maintained procurement documentation, and supported internal audits related to administrative and HR functions.
  • Contributed to cost-saving initiatives by identifying reliable vendors and negotiating favorable terms.
  • Candidates must have a valid driving along with a motorbike.
