Business Development Assistant

Are you passionate about sales and marketing? We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Telemarketing Team as Business Development Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote company products over the phone to new and existing customers
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Support the sales and marketing team with daily operations and campaigns
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
Ideal Candidates:
- Recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields,
- OR School leavers with a strong interest in sales and marketing
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and/or English
- Friendly, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
- Willing to learn and grow within the company
