EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS SYSTEMS

Pelwatte Dairy Industries Limited, a leading Sri Lankan dairy company, is committed to producing high-quality products with 100% locally sourced milk. Since 2006, we have supported local farmers and contributed to the growth of Sri Lanka’s agricultural sector.

What is the role?

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our key business systems. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Support and maintain ERP systems, with a focus on SAP Business One and other key business systems.
• Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and user training.
• Analyze business processes and recommend ERP-based solutions.
• Generate reports and queries using SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP alignment with business goals.

What knowledge and skills are expected in an ideal candidate?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working with SAP Business One or any related ERP is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ERP systems is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

This position is based at our Head Office in Colombo 03. Working days are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
