Fleet Coordinator - Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet
  • Schedule and monitor routine maintenance and repairs
  • Maintain records related to vehicle usage, servicing, and compliance
  • Coordinate with drivers and service centers to ensure optimal vehicle performance
  • Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-saving practices

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in fleet handling
  • Knowledge of vehicle servicing, preventive maintenance, and repair needs
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Basic computer literacy is an advantage
